Essentially, strength training is a type of resistance training, but with a focus on improving the strength of your muscles. The term resistance training refers to any kind of exercise where you work against some kind of force. This category is for those looking to step it up in the fitness game.
Youth fitness is important for children to help them develop healthy lifestyle habits that begin early in life with hopes that it will carry over into their adult years. Senior fitness is focuses on restoring, maintaining and optimizing the physical and mental health of we, the aging population. This category is for those, both senior and young who are looking to live a healthier lifestyle.
Strength and conditioning is the practical application of sports science to enhance movement quality. It is also the selection and development of dynamic /static exercises used to improve physical performance. This category is designed for athletes looking to enhance performance and development through rugged exercise.
Speed the rate at which someone or something is able to move or operate. Agility is the ability to balance flexibility and stability. This category is for those looking to enhance and simplify the ability to move easily and quickly.
Nutrition is a critical part of health and development. Good nutrition means your body gets all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals it needs to work its best. Plan your meals and snacks to include nutrient-dense foods that are also low in calories.
